Responsibilities
Own the architecture, development, testing, and release of Revi’s Consumer and POS/Kiosk iOS apps
Design scalable, maintainable codebases using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER)
Integrate and optimize AI-driven development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, test creation, and performance tuning
Drive best practices in iOS engineering—code reviews, performance optimization, test automation
Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Design teams to define and deliver features end-to-end
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and App Store guidelines
Mentor and guide future iOS engineers as the team scales
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional iOS development experience
Deep proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks
Strong grasp of mobile app lifecycle, optimization, and architecture patterns
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) in production environments
Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSocket connections, and real-time data synchronization
Solid understanding of App Store submission and compliance processes
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend)
Clear and effective communication; team-first mindset
Preferred
Experience with Stripe card reader SDK and Star/Epson printer SDK
Familiarity with observability, crash reporting, and monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase, Datadog)
Contributions to open-source iOS projects or experience mentoring junior engineers
Experience scaling apps in startup or high-growth environments
