Responsibilities

Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound or outbound calls, live chat, SMS and more

Use your insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored solutions and products from leading insurance companies

Achieve key performance metrics in policy conversion, placement and retention

Effectively quote, present, and close sales, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to overcome objections

Study and pass the state insurance exam

Required

You must have the ability to pass the health and life insurance licensing exams through our paid training and become licensed after background and credit checks

2-4 years of experience in a sales role

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and address customer concerns effectively

Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems efficiently

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
