Responsibilities
Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across departments
Manage the entire loan cycle from serving, processing, and closing
Establish and maintain relationships with key leaders, providing regular updates on change management and strategic initiatives
Analyze department procedures, recommend automation, and streamline workflows in collaboration with Operations Heads
Act as head of the department, collaborating with senior staff on new deals and ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree qualified
10+ years of extensive experience in corporate banking with knowledge of syndications and applicable regulations
Strong loan operations and/or middle office background
Proficient with major loan processing systems (preferably with syndications capabilities)
Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships at all levels within the bank
