Responsibilities
Translate product and business requirements into high-quality, full-stack applications and systems
Participate in technical architecture discussions and peer code reviews, advocating for best practices and maintainable solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business analysts, media buyers, peer engineers, and product managers
Contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture by mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and championing new technologies (including AI/LLM tools)
Help design and deliver features that will be used by AI agents or as part of AI/LLM-driven workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience building production-grade, full-stack applications
Proficiency with modern frontend technologies, especially React and TypeScript
Strong backend experience with Python, SQLAlchemy, and GraphQL (Graphene or similar frameworks)
Solid understanding of relational databases and REST/GraphQL API design
Experience delivering software in a collaborative, agile environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Openness to leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, code assistants) and a desire to build software that integrates with or serves AI/LLM applications
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), or CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with observability tools, automated testing, and performance optimization
Big plus for any familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM API integration, or building tools that assist or are assisted by AI agents
