Responsibilities
Client and project setup
Preparing project billing
Handling collections
Processing receivables
Payables
Purchase orders (POs)
Change orders (COs)
Updating project budgets
Vendor setup
Distributing reports
Entering employee timesheets
Assisting HR with employee paperwork
Ordering office and safety supplies
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Answering phones daily
Editing and preparing engineering reports and proposals
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Accurate with the ability to meet billing deadlines and management objectives
Strong ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships
Excellent customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Independent, self-starter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work at our office location during regular business hours
Preferred
Preferably one year of experience with accounts receivables and payables
Billing experience preferred
Collections experience is a plus
