Responsibilities
All People Operations matters pertaining to the full employee lifecycle
Execute monthly payroll for all full time and non-full time employees
Act as the key contact for benefits schemes: transportation allowance, health insurance, staff related expenses etc
Support People Manager in developing and implementing C&B policies, benefits, welfare, healthcare as well as disciplinary actions, etc
Reports: Prepare monthly/periodic internal payroll reports, cost reports, headcount efficiency (productivity) reports
Assist People Manager in implementing team projects and initiatives, including salary benchmarking, inflation studies, competitor analysis, annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, promotion and internal transfers etc
Others: Ad-hocs tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
University graduate in any related fields
At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources, C&B…, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment
Good knowledge of labor law and other related regulations
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good at communication, numerical reasoning & logical thinking
Careful, result-oriented
Calm under pressure
High ability to work well under high pressure in meeting targets & deadlines
Hardworking, Flexible & Organized skills
Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality
Proactiveness and ability to handle potential people issues
Strong communicator with the ability to be responsive and share feedback to employees when needed
True warrior with hands-on experience and willing to create new milestones with our People Operations Team
Ability to work independently and work as a team in some HR new initiatives' projects
Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
Very energetic and passionate to engage everyone into company activities
