The Golf Experience Associate is responsible for guiding guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, ensuring satisfaction and engagement while providing a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Provide a fun golf experience from check in to check out
Gamify the experience for fun and energy
Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf
Serve as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer
Connect guests with other offerings in the Five Iron catalog, such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings
Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines
Maintain a clean and presentable facility
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
Positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
Proficient oral communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling
Preferred
Golf, Sales and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
