Responsibilities
Serve as a primary phone support representative for branch offices and internal associates
Respond to high volumes of inbound calls and emails, offering clear guidance related to branch expenses, profit & loss statements, and internal policy updates
Provide empathetic, effective solutions and ensure accuracy in every client interaction
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborate with peers to provide consistent service coverage
Educate callers on accounting processes and company policies while promoting a culture of trust and reliability
Maintain quality and efficiency metrics in a fast-paced service center setting
Support and educate field offices on key financial processes and policy updates
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or financial services support role
Proven ability to explain complex topics and resolve issues with patience and professionalism
Experience using Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and internal ticketing systems
Ability to manage difficult conversations and handle escalations with empathy and composure
Background or familiarity with profit & loss statements or general accounting processes (non-CPA)
Previous experience in financial services or supporting remote branch locations
High learning agility and a strong desire to grow within a structured team environment
Strong multitasking and communication skills—both verbal and written
