Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS applications, reports, forms, and interfaces
Create and modify PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions to support business requirements
Develop and customize Oracle Workflow processes and Concurrent Programs
Build and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems using APIs, Web Services, or other technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across systems
Identify and resolve technical issues within Oracle EBS modules
Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and integrations
Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for system defects or performance bottlenecks
Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring compatibility and functionality
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new features or enhancements
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members as needed
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and Oracle best practices
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Developer (minimum 2 years)
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, or others
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder
Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and XML Publisher
Familiarity with Oracle EBS architecture, APIs, and table structures
Experience with system integrations and data migration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with Oracle EBS applications
Knowledge of Oracle BI tools or other reporting tools
Familiarity with Agile or other software development methodologies
Oracle EBS certification is a plus
