The role involves ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations while coordinating services with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Responsible for program operations, meeting or exceeding performance standards set by the referring agency
Coordinates provision of services with other staff, funding sources, and others who have a significant role in the individual’s life
Obtains a thorough knowledge of designated service area
Complies with all program regulations and requirements
Ensures development and implementation of activities in accordance with grant/contract requirements
Provides required documentation and reporting to appropriate staff, agency, and funding sources for all services and activities in his/her area of responsibility
Responsible for monitoring and operating within set program budget
Implements established policies and procedures
Develops and maintains positive working relationships with customers, staff, funding sources
Qualification
Required
Associate degree
Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints
Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and dependable transportation
Must have an operating telephone, so that he/she may be contacted quickly by Goodwill when necessary
Excellent work habits, including attendance and punctuality
Preferred
Experience in customer service, retail, sales, human services, or related field
Experience and knowledge of standard computer programs including word processing, data entry via spreadsheets, email, internet, scanning capabilities, and data management systems of record
