Responsibilities

Provide policy consulting to support customer conversations and implementations

Respond to key policy-related questions from enterprise, government, and regulatory clients

Write thought leadership articles on crypto compliance, AML/CFT, or relevant global regulations

Host webinars in collaboration with Merkle Science as a recognized policy voice

Conduct sales training to keep GTM teams updated on the policy landscape and how it connects to our products (Compass / Tracker)

Required

Experience in policy consulting related to blockchain or cryptocurrencies

Strong understanding of crypto compliance, AML/CFT, or relevant global regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in engaging with enterprise, government, and regulatory clients

Preferred

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications

Previous experience in writing thought leadership articles

Experience in sales training or customer engagement
