Training Program Manager, Autonomous Systems

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of training from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained
Implement and maintain training systems, standards, and data to ensure accurate and efficient operations across all of logistics management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, program management, logistics, and technical documentation to establish concepts, criteria, and efforts for product training, adoption, and execution
Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management as needed
Influence and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms / conditions of contract(s)
Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners. Use critical thinking to engage the right teams to help
Qualification
Required
Formal education in engineering, science, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in DoD / government logistics and training experience, ideally with autonomous systems
Demonstrated technical expertise and application of training management principles, concepts, and practice
Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workstreams to meet established deadlines and milestones
Strong understanding of modern training technologies such as interactive models, augmented reality, and virtual reality, and how these are tied back into traditional learning frameworks
Strong ability to work cross-functionally, including at a deeply technical level, in an unstructured environment; track record of success within startups preferred
Experience working with, in, and around Air Force or other military branch Integrated Product Support operations, ideally also related to aircraft
Strong bias to action oriented around outcomes, with ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation. Willing and able to dive into tactical execution mode when needed to move the effort forward
Able to move extremely fast, and can lead people directly and via influence
Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance
