Responsibilities

Providing auditorium media support and event coverage for dynamic live events and conferences

Interfacing with customers for project creation and management

Ensuring the seamless operation of audiovisual equipment

Troubleshooting technical issues

Delivering exceptional customer support to event organizers and presenters

Work collaboratively with a creative team

Providing invaluable support for stage management and control room activities

Directly coordinate with customers and event organizers

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact professionally with clients and team members alike

Bachelors degree and or 3 plus years of experience or combination

Proficiency in using modern conference center equipment and software

Expertise in composing video shots using remote cameras. Functional knowledge of a an audio mixing board

Proficiency in setting up and operating audiovisual equipment, including control room systems, switchers, audio consoles, and microphones

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with precision

Detail-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service

Flexibility to adapt to the demands of conference event schedules

Proficiency with video editing

Preferred

Knowledge of software and equipment including PowerPoint
