Responsibilities
Analyze payer performance: Track eligibility check success rates, claim rejection reasons, and payer response times to determine the “network health” of our clearinghouse connections
Create actionable reports: Build clear, compelling reports that help Customer Operations and Payer Operations teams proactively solve payer problems before customers are impacted
Payer research projects: Partner with Customer Operations, Sales, and Product teams to analyze payer trends and responses to support individual customer needs and product-wide enhancements
Document patterns: Build a knowledge base of requirements and common error patterns to enable faster issue resolution and routing decisions
Manage the roadmap: Manage a well-defined backlog of issues in Linear relating to analytics and data needs
Qualification
Required
Exceptional analytical skills: You've made a career in working with data to improve products and overall business operations
Knowledge of the tech stack: You write efficient SQL queries to analyze large datasets and can work with complex schemas
Expertise with data visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ability to create and execute your own work: You notice patterns others miss and dig deep to understand root causes
Resourcefulness, self-motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to get the job done without waiting to be told what to do
Ability to move quickly and match the pace of the organization
Attention to detail: No task is too small in order to find success, generate revenue, and improve costs
