As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop essential skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will significantly impact the quality of life for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Required

Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Behavior Technician strongly preferred
Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
