1+ years expI20 Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join their dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Assist in the onboarding process, including employee orientation and training sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture
Support talent management initiatives by coordinating performance evaluations and succession planning activities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in technical recruiting efforts
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to human resources
Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups
Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and talent management strategies
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
Preferred
Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred
Familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday is highly desirable
Experience in banking: 1 year (Preferred)
