Responsibilities
Present finance and aftermarket products in a clear, confident, and compliant manner
Secure funding and maintain strong lender relations across all credit tiers
Ensure every deal is papered clean, fast, and fully documented
Collaborate with Sales Managers to move deals quickly through the funnel
Maintain high CSI and build customer trust from the desk forward
Manage daily deal flow, ensure accuracy, and handle DMV/doc processing with the support team
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager at a Mazda or import dealership
High PVR with consistent product sales (warranty, maintenance, GAP, etc.)
Fluent in lease structures, subprime financing, and special programs
Strong understanding of compliance, menu presentation, and lender relationships
Organized, reliable, and capable of handling volume without sacrificing accuracy
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and menu-based selling systems
