Responsibilities
Lead the sales team in hitting volume, gross, and product penetration goals
Desk deals with precision and transparency
Manage and optimize inventory flow, vehicle presentation, and merchandising
Conduct daily one-on-ones and team huddles focused on performance and development
Partner with BDC, F&I, and Service to ensure a seamless guest experience
Monitor lead response, appointment show rates, and follow-up processes
Drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and hospitality
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Sales Management experience at a Honda dealership
Mastery of the sales desk, deal structuring, trade appraisals, and F&I turnover
Experience managing new, used, and certified Honda inventory in a competitive metro market
Ability to coach, train, and hold salespeople accountable to daily KPIs
High CSI standards and a commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience
Working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS systems
Clear communication, a sharp eye for process improvement, and a get-it-done attitude
Preferred
Experience with Toyota, Mazda, or other volume import brands will be considered, but Honda experience is strongly preferred
