Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of proven Honda sales success
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS
A track record of high CSI, strong customer follow-up, and deal consistency
Natural leadership qualities—you bring others up, not just yourself
A student of the business, eager to learn fixed ops, desking, team development, and process management
Self-motivated and highly coachable with a team-first mentality
Preferred
Experience with Toyota, Mazda, or other volume import brands
