Responsibilities
Oversee all inbound and outbound customer communications (Sales & Service)
Train and coach BDC agents on phone etiquette, email/text follow-up, and closing techniques
Analyze performance KPIs daily and adjust strategies to hit appointment and conversion targets
Coordinate closely with Sales Managers to optimize lead handoff and follow-through
Manage and refine workflows inside Reynolds & Reynolds for efficiency and accountability
Take ownership of lead response times, appointment-setting scripts, and long-term nurture processes
Qualification
Required
Automotive BDC leadership experience required (minimum 3 years preferred)
Hands-on experience with Reynolds & Reynolds CRM/DMS
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a high-performance team of BDC reps
A metrics-driven mindset: you know your outbound calls, appointment set rate, and show-to-sale ratios
A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with Sales and Service departments
