Qualification

CPATax planning expertiseFederal tax complianceBachelor’s degree in AccountingPublic accounting experienceTeam orientationCommunication skillsMentoring skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA candidate
2+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience, or a combination of both
Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Energy clients
Experience preparing federal tax returns

Preferred

Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and help develop less experienced staff
