Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Process Analysis: Analyze and improve business processes
Functional Specifications: Create detailed functional specifications for development teams
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals
Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables
Testing: Participate in testing activities to ensure quality
Qualification
Required
Ability to analyze complex problems and identify solutions
Understanding of business processes and industry trends
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic understanding of software development methodologies and tools
Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge in mobile application lifecycle management (iOS, Android and React Native) and Content Management System (Contentful CMS)
Knowledge of specific industry domains (Hospitality)
Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)
Experience in a technology-driven organization
Knowledge of Lean principles and practices
Experience with Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
