The ideal candidate will lead architectural decisions and drive solution design to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and implementation strategies focused on Domain Separation within ServiceNow
Provide strategic and technical guidance for the CSM application, ensuring alignment with client business goals
Engage with stakeholders and customers directly, acting as a thought leader and trusted advisor
Collaborate with development and delivery teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
Conduct technical reviews, assessments, and optimizations of existing ServiceNow environments
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and ServiceNow standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12+ years of total IT experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow architecture and delivery
Proven experience in architecting and deploying Domain Separation within ServiceNow environments
Hands-on expertise with Customer Service Management (CSM) and other ServiceNow applications
Exceptional communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
Must hold active mainline ServiceNow certifications:
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
