Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
Collaborate across Reece’s specialty business units to provide consolidated supply and drive operational efficiency
Identify growth opportunities by analysing customer habits, requirements, and challenges
Deliver value through strategic support that helps customers run and grow their businesses
Travel regularly to remote sites across Western Australia, including mining locations, to provide on-the-ground support and strengthen customer engagement
Work autonomously while being backed by a national network and a strong internal support system
Make a real impact in industries that are critical to Australia’s economy and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or a related field
Strong understanding of customer needs and operational requirements in the mining and facility management sectors
Ability to build lasting relationships with enterprise customers
Experience in delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs
Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer habits and challenges
Ability to travel regularly to remote sites across Western Australia
Ability to work autonomously while being backed by a national network
Strong communication and collaboration skills
