Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as appropriate
Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
At least two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
Preferred
Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions
Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology
Additional certifications in specialized areas of mental health care
