Responsibilities

Drive strategic business development efforts across financial services, with a strong focus on capital markets transformation
Lead complex deal negotiations, define commercial frameworks, and establish scalable go-to-market strategies
Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts to maximize growth potential and lifetime value
Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product leadership to shape compelling solution narratives and client-facing demonstrations
Serve as a senior representative of IntellectEU at industry events and executive-level forums
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning them with IntellectEU’s emerging tech capabilities
Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs
Manage strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance solution offerings and market reach
Partner with marketing leadership to steer targeted demand generation and thought leadership initiatives
Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on market dynamics, customer feedback, and innovation opportunities to guide product strategy and business planning

Required

Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus over the past 3+ years on Blockchain, Crypto, or Web3, driving strategic growth and client acquisition in these emerging technology domains
Solid domain expertise in capital markets, with direct experience selling into buy-side, sell-side, or post-trade environments
Excellent understanding of SWIFT, blockchain, DLT, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services
Proven track record of building and closing complex, high-value deals—ideally in financial services, blockchain, or insurance
Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders
Fluent communication in English and influencing skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and leading enterprise sales cycles
Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment
Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results
Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company
