Report live and on tape, scripted and unscripted, with clarity, accuracy and confidence

Collaborate effectively with a wide range of personnel to create compelling content

Maintain a steadfast commitment to accuracy and fairness

Write clearly and interestingly, and use video and graphics to illustrate story facts and ideas

Deliver strong live shots

Build sources, enterprise stories, and have a track record of landing exclusive interviews and stories

Five years' experience on air, preferably anchoring in a top 20 market

Bachelor's degree in journalism and/or a related field

Ability to deliver the news accurately and concisely

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities under tight deadlines

Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to listen and receive feedback

Proficiency at shooting with a prosumer-style camera (latest equipment), capturing clean audio using hardwired and wireless microphones, and setting up basic lighting

Valid driver's license is required
