Required

Ability to converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical biology questions
Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
Capture reproducible error traces
Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Wet-lab or field research experience
