ABA360 is dedicated to empowering children with autism through evidence-based care. They are seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy, track session data, and collaborate with families to ensure effective treatment plans.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, using play-based, evidence-backed techniques tailored to each child
Track and record session data accurately
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive care and treatment plan alignment

Qualification

Background in psychologyBackground in educationBackground in special educationBackground in childcareBilingual (English/Spanish)EmpathyEagerness to learnEnthusiasm for helping children

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Age 18 or older
No previous ABA experience needed—we will train you
Strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families
Willingness to be supervised and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Preferred

Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
Background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields is a plus
