Entry Level Business Development/Capture Analyst (Part-Time)

They are seeking a motivated Business Development/Capture Analyst Intern to support capture and business development efforts, providing hands-on experience in market research, opportunity identification, and proposal development.

Responsibilities
Conduct market and company research to identify potential business opportunities
Researching potential customers, competitors, and partners within the government contracting space
Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for the company
Summarizing research findings to inform win themes and positioning
Assist in opportunity identification and qualification efforts
Supporting the evaluation of bid/no-bid decisions
Utilize tools such as MS Office Suite, GovWin, and Salesforce to capture and track data
Organize and maintain research and pipeline information to support capture activities
Collaborate with the business development team to provide timely and accurate insights
Contribute to reports and presentations summarizing research findings
Assisting with the development of capture plans, which include opportunity analysis, customer profiles, competitor assessments, and win strategies
Helping to establish capture schedules and ensure follow-up with key contacts
Qualification
Required
Rising junior/senior, recent graduate, or graduate student in Business, Data Analytics, Political Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information critically
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn and utilize business development tools such as GovWin and Salesforce
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Curiosity and a desire to learn about the government contracting industry
Self-motivated and able to work part-time, up to 29 hours per week, onsite
U.S. citizenship and willingness to pursue a DoD security clearance
Preferred
Familiarity with government contracting, United States Military, and the procurement process is a plus
