Head of Social & Brand Strategy

As the Head of Social & Brand Strategy, you will lead all things content, social, and visibility, helping to grow the brand and attract top real estate talent across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve the brand —KWCP brand across digital, print, and video
Manage social content calendars, post production, and publishing
Grow the online presence of our founders (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Build lead funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets to support recruiting
Create video content, agent testimonials, and promotional reels
Launch paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) with our growth team
Partner with recruiters and coaches to fuel lead gen and conversion
Track performance and optimize for visibility and agent attraction
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or social media
You're fluent in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and design sensibilities
Experience with lead gen, ads, and landing pages (GHL, Webflow, Leadpages, etc.)
You know how to take messy ideas and turn them into clean, compelling content
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked in real estate or recruitment-focused marketing
