Responsibilities
Build frameworks to improve the reasoning capability
Build distributed reinforcement learning systems
Develop environments for agents
Optimize frameworks to enable complex inference-time reasoning
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Experience with large-scale reinforcement learning systems
Designing and implementing distributed systems
Keeping up with state-of-the-art RL and inference time compute algorithms
Proficiency in Python
Experience with JAX
Experience with Rust
Ability to build robust and scalable distributed RL systems
Ability to optimize frameworks to enable complex inference-time reasoning
Ability to develop environments and harnesses for agents
Strong work ethic and prioritization skills
Hands-on approach and initiative in contributing to the company's mission
