Facilitate end-to-end commercial escrow transactions
Review contracts, title commitments, and closing instructions
Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and brokers
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
Manage funds disbursement and record necessary documents
Provide exceptional service and maintain clear communication with all parties
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate closings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
3+ years of commercial escrow experience
Proficiency in SoftPro
