Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate
Support clients in areas such as: Community Access, Personal Care, Medical Appointments, Peer Interactions, Recreational Activities
Qualification
Required
Be 21+ years old
Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
Must pass a background check
Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in human services is a plus
Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL)
