Responsibilities
Performs professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures to produce prescribed MRI images, with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative
Responsible for patient care, comfort and completion of required procedures
Responsible for the assessment, treatment or care appropriate to the ages of the patients served: Toddler, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric
Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs
Possesses knowledge of growth and development
Has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for these patient groups
Qualification
Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(ARRT-R) Radiography
(RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
MRI Certification
