Responsibilities
Design and layout of interior power distribution, lighting, and lighting control systems for building level electrical systems
Serve as an electrical systems designer working on a wide variety of projects located primarily along the east coast
Travel and perform field site visits documenting current conditions as well as attending client design conferences, reviews, and project meetings
Qualification
Required
BS in Electrical Engineering
Professional licensure in SC
Familiarity with NFPA 70, National Electrical Code
Proficient in Word, Excel and other standard MS Office programs
Minimum 4 years of electrical engineering design experience
Design of building interior distribution and lighting
Ability to travel and perform field site visits documenting current conditions as well as attending client design conferences, reviews, and project meetings
Preferred
DoD, GSA, or Dept. of State design experience
Medium voltage distribution design
Power generation design
Telecommunications design
Revit MEP experience
EasyPower experience
Lighting analysis software experience
LEED AP certification
Established NCEES record for licensure by comity in other states as needed
