Autism Care Partners (ACP) is dedicated to empowering families through innovative and interdisciplinary care. They are seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload of clients, write treatment plans, conduct assessments, and oversee the implementation of behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients

Write and submit treatment plans as required for each insurance authorization period

Conduct initial skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)

Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans (BSP)

Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals and Behavior Support Plans

Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and behavioral protocols

Program skill acquisition programs in an electronic data collection system (Central Reach)

Oversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizations

Required

Master's degree

BCBA / LBA licensure

Ability to utilize technology

Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows

Ability to operate basic office equipment

Must be at least 18 years of age

No prior criminal history

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children

Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior
