Responsibilities

Configure and support vision-guided robotic systems for part handling and inspection applications
Work directly with Keyence, Photoneo, and Matrox camera systems to set up and maintain machine vision capabilities
Integrate vision systems with Fanuc robotic platforms, ensuring accurate calibration and reliable performance
Support installation, testing, and validation of systems at customer sites
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vision hardware, software, and robotic integration
Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure successful system deployment and operation
Maintain a professional presence and communication with customers during on-site support
Comply with shift schedules and travel requirements to support operations
Perform additional duties as assigned within area of expertise

Required

Experience with vision-guided robotic applications, including part picking, placement, and inspection
Proficiency in working with Fanuc robots and associated vision integration
Ability to work independently or collaboratively with engineering and customer teams
Strong communication skills and professional customer engagement
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer sites
Availability for shift-based work
Experienced with bodyshop robotic processes
GRS certified

Preferred

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering
AIA (Automated Imaging Association) certification
Knowledge of Fusion 360 for mechanical modeling or layout
Familiarity with PLC controls and automation system integration
