Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for independently managing complex client construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
Oversee full lifecycle project management for PREMIER projects, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction through close-out
Manage project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, subcontractor buyouts, contract generation (prime and subcontract), and design coordination
Assist with and prepare bid proposals and budgets for prospective projects
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the construction process
Collaborate with ownership to develop winning project strategies and support business development initiatives
Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate project-related activities to ensure successful and timely project delivery
Prepare and submit payment applications, review and approve subcontractor invoices, and manage project billing processes
Take an active role in mentoring and aiding the progression of other project management staff
Lead and coordinate internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment among construction, design, and ownership teams
Qualification
Required
Independently managing complex client construction projects across diverse markets
