They are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Williamston, NC, to provide high-intensity behavioral health services directly in the community for individuals with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate nursing care with psychiatric providers and ACTT clinicians

Monitor medication compliance and administer IM injections per orders

Manage medication inventory, refills, and supplies

Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every six months

Record vitals and support prescriber appointments

Provide medication education to clients and staff

Travel in the community to meet clients and support treatment goals

Participate in rotating on-call and crisis response coverage

Transport clients to appointments and community resources as needed
