Responsibilities

Act as the technical point of contact for customer onboardings, managing multiple workstreams across diverse teams

Collaborate with clients to ensure they’re getting the most out of the Zocks platform

Manage onboardings and check-ins end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery

Lead integration efforts, defining and deploying solutions that meet client-specific needs

Serve as an escalation point for technical and integration-related challenges

Work with product and engineering teams to test, document, and roll out new features to clients

Work with support teams to address and resolve complex customer issues

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions

Simplify technical concepts to drive understanding and adoption among non-technical stakeholders
