Responsibilities

Assure that work is performed in conformance with project documents

Daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing

Interpreting project specifications and plans across various disciplines

Inspecting and coordinating inspection of construction work

Coordinating schedules and verifying projects are completed per the project documents

Overseeing projects of various complexity

Traveling to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions

Required

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or other applicable field

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction observation or construction inspection

The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Valid drivers license with clean driving history

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Preferred

OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
