Responsibilities

Initiate, support and drive the company’s strategic growth initiatives including partnership, M&As, and new business development

Collaborate with leaders within the company to identify, define, and analyze strategic initiatives, directly reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer

Lead, coordinate, and support all phases of M&A/investment and partnership process -- from sourcing and evaluating to execution

Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and potential partners; maintain a strong external perspective and form expert viewpoints on fast-evolving market trends

Build and cultivate relationships with industry partners, startups, and investors; represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and meetings

Partner with cross functional teams (including product, marketing, and content) to launch and execute strategic partnerships and new business initiatives

Required

Minimum 7+ years of experience at a top-tier company in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity

Strong knowledge of the US content and media landscape

Proficiency in financial modelling, corporate development, and the complete M&A lifecycle

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of building complex financial models and executive-ready presentations to support decision-making

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Willingness to be hands-on and deeply involved in execution details

Adaptable and flexible in response to changing business needs and priorities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
