Business Development Representative

ShiftKey is a platform that is disrupting the way healthcare facilities find licensed and certified professionals to fill available shifts. The Business Development Representative will initiate outbound calls, qualify potential clients, and set up product demonstration meetings, playing a key role in driving business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Reaching out to prospects across various market segments to introduce ShiftKey’s services and set demo meetings
Qualifying leads and fostering ongoing communication via phone, email, and meetings to help meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly goals
Participating in enterprise meetings and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies
Applying consultative selling techniques to understand client needs, while using your insights to retain and upgrade business clients
Contributing to the sales team by learning and developing the skills required to transition into a Sales Account Executive role in the future

Required

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a sales capacity
Experience in inside sales, phone-based sales, or similar roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with prospects and internal teams
Comfort with using software, sales tools, and technology platforms to manage leads and track progress
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting to new challenges with ease
