Required

Demonstrated experience in managing a wide variety of construction-related projects

Project Management and construction experience

Construction Management or related degree

Possess a demonstrated knowledge of construction techniques, TDOT & Municipal specifications and documents, TDOT Local Programs experience

Strong verbal communication and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Valid driver's license

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

Experience leading and managing CEI staff/inspection team
