Project Manager
Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall execution
Handle buyout, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing
Lead project meetings with clients, architects, and subs
Collaborate with Superintendents to keep fieldwork aligned
Maintain client relationships and uphold company standards
Monitor job cost reports and flag issues early
Oversee closeout and ensure smooth project turnover
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of PM experience in commercial or multifamily construction
Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects or large scopes simultaneously
A proactive, team-first approach with a focus on solutions
Preferred
Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
