Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales, Product teams to deliver data-driven analyses that shape business decisions and growth strategies

Lead revenue, pricing, and support marketing planning processes, providing key financial inputs and recommendations

Manage the S&OP process, integrating revenue and sales planning into overall company forecasting in collaboration with the CFO

Conduct detailed opportunity sizing for growth opportunities including products, promotional campaigns, and feature launches

Develop, monitor, and invent business metrics to measure success and proactively report on business performance

Perform regular pricing strategy assessments, including competitive and industry benchmarking

Analyze commercial opportunities, supporting the assessment and execution of promotions, pricing changes, and go-to-market strategies

Establish and optimize BI reporting and dashboards, with an emphasis on Looker, to surface actionable business insights

Evaluate and report on outcomes of business and product tests to maximize customer impact and business results

Generate regular and ad hoc financial analyses, forecasts, and variance reports; communicate key findings to executive leadership

Support continuous process improvement and drive automation across commercial and operational teams
