Provide direct assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures
Assist in achieving and maintaining hemostasis by applying appropriate techniques and instruments
Collaborate with the surgical team in preparing and handling surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
Communicate effectively with the surgical team, including the surgeon, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other team members
Advocate for patient safety and well-being throughout the surgical process
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the surgical procedure, including instrument counts, procedures performed, and any intraoperative events or complications
Stay updated with advancements in surgical technology, techniques, and procedures
