Draft estate plan documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate, tax, and trust issues
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex planning strategies
Manage client files efficiently

Required

2-4 years of law firm experience, preferably from an estate planning or tax practice

Candidates must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the CA bar
Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply

LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required
