Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients

Understand client requirements, anticipate their needs and ensure their satisfaction

Collaborate with various internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product development, Technology development, etc.) to deliver solutions and meet client expectations

Identify opportunities for account expansion, upsell and cross sell

Effectively communicate with clients, provide regular updates and prepare detailed reports on account performance

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in customer success, account management or similar customer facing roles

Sales and negotiation skills, ability to identify sales opportunities and negotiate effectively

Customer service skills provide excellent customer support and build rapport with clients

Problem solving skills, identify and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively

Project management skills, coordinate tasks, manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of solutions

Analytical skills, analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions

Must be familiar with security patrol operations, scheduled rounds, incident reporting, access control and perimeter checks

Knowledge of digital solutions (Trackforce Valiant, Silvertrac, PatrolLIVE)
